    Yes .... in the Market .... overall ..... for a given trading period every share sold is purchased so sells = buys. BUT the table you posted is for a select group of traders (i.e. stockbrokers) and there is no particular reason why their net buy/sells should equal zero unless they sold to and purchased from only each other.
