Really what other significance does Pendasor play?.

Its a listed company apparently with a $1.26million dollar market cap (bugger all) thats about to have a $1.4BILLION market cap for no real apparent reason from what I can see.

Angola govt win elections (funding in place first of course via Pendasor), US gives green light for foreign investment into Angola. Starts off by lending CVI $1.1billion dollars (which is actually Angolan national money anyway lol). Upgrade of CVI in the US brings in a wave of new investors.

I think Ive talked myself into having a crack at these prices.lol
