it seems some folks are buying time. they were served with docs on 9 Oct, went on air with one saying so and so of spx has been coveting PW, and the other folk said yes I authorised so and so to say that. then SP tanked 30%, and some folks went on hiding, only to acknowledge receipt of docs 9 days later - but that they didn't open their mouth further is probably the best thing they've done, reserve your bullets for the day of reckoning at the trial. the truth shall prevail. so uhmmmmm looks like theres been some sleepless nights over a red, thinkin oh what have we been doing, oh we've been digging, I cannot sleep just continue digging, dig here, dig there, dig everywhere. these guys are not lawyers whose daily remit is to deal with litigation. see you in court is 4 months, just keep digging for you (or for me)
