    CEU was always a long term project.
    It still is.

    Just a few points:

    Allen Consulting Group

    Time period 2008-2031

    (1) Time saving $459M

    (2) Fuel saving $609M

    (3) Reduced CO2 $20M

    (4) Reduced Accidents $227m

    Eastlink is a Victorian economy asset. It must not be allowed to fail.

    Time and patience.

    But I must say I have been shocked at the way CEU's SP has gone. I was completely wrong. I bought more Friday
