I used to make a banana/chock and carrot cake
- about 7 very very over ripe bananas
- 3 shreded carrots
- 10 fine chopped dry figs
- lots of sultanas and currents
- rose water,and vanilla and a pinch of salt
- Just get a pack ot two of ready to go chock cake mix
- add water and 4 eggs and extra backing powder
- Mush the lot up,to just semmi runny
- Line tin with butter and cookie crumbs
- Bake till it you can stick a tooth pick in and its not sticky
- Let sit till cool
- Eat
- you can add other things like chock chips
- Coat with melted chock an option
