AHUG:
I spoke with a fund manager over the weekend. He pointed out that instos were dumping AHUG as low as $1 when it seemed AFG were not going to survive. It was, and is clear, that AHUG is not guaranteed by anything. If AFG goes into liquidation, AHUG holders can kiss their investment goodbye.
AFGHA:
The difference is that AFGHA stands in line behind the banks in the case of liquidation, well in front of AHUG holders(who aren't even in the line) and in front of AFG holders.
