Yep agree - and you're spot on when you say we're laughing at ourselves (whilst they laugh at us).

Unfortunate to have to say this, but its companies like HLX that need to be questioned by the powers that be........ in some ways if they weren't necessarily drawing salaries and for some reason, activity wasn't happening (eg macro economic reasons etc), then you could sit tight and wait it out, but the fact is they are paying themselves and precisely nothing appears to be happening...... The managed to get a JORC out 9 months after they said it was imminent. I'm almost convinced they draw salaries whilst actually working other full time jobs, or what actually is being done day to day?

I'm at a loss currently to fathom whats happening on the ghost ship HLX. If you're happy to be listed on the ASX, you need to understand what comes with that....
