It just seems to me like the PEGG delay was all about waiting on the previous Convertible note to run out so they could look after a few people with the new Convertible note. Now that the note is out of the way, im almost certain the PEGG funds will show up this month. A lot of back scratching goes on in the spec end of town. I could be way off the mark here, just my take on it.
