It really is that simple, with debt refinanced this is an absolute steal. But with any doubt markets are rightly deer in the head lights. It's all a question of normal market risk.
What anyone may have paid for this stock is irrelevant.
Added today, but note well, it's in my more risky basket, still I like the odds.
