in my view, AJM's bod did not invest in SYA, rather that SYA's bod invested in their company. It's just a coincidence that AJM & SYA have common directors.
The companies that took risks in AJM recently (eg SS), might not take kindly to the sp down as it is, while AJM directors (if viewed as such, rather than SYA directors) go on a non-AJM undertaking.
