I have heard, from a colleague involved in the surveying industry, that Veris are actively recruiting for a new CEO.
Presumably recent events have finally stirred the board into action, and they are removing Mr Lamond.
Replacing him with a CEO who has the skills, experience and industry knowledge to run a company the size and complexity of Veris would be a good first step.
If true, I look forward to seeing the announcement. This could finally be the turning point some shareholders have been seeking.
