I recall the SP of NST doing something similar, I don't specifically recall a reason and I suspect it may have been execution risk and a bit of the gold price too.
IMO GOR is in a better position with a partner to protect from downside, significant exploration upside and a strong and promising project down at Lake Grace.
I've learned from the lessons in NST and if I get a chance I'll top up for this little company if the price is right.
