Should ISX forum be removed from HC, page-32

Speaking about investigations, I've come to the belief that the ASIC investigation won't find anything incriminating or damning. Assuming, purely as a hypothetical, that a company has 'managed' revenues by moving director's money around - then management would also under this scenario have covered their tracks. If this company also happens to be their own bank, then there is no independent record of financial transactions. So how will you find a smoking gun?

Thus I reckon the question of whether the company did anything wrong or not is a moot point, since there's no way of knowing either way. My expectation is that this ends with ASIC finding nothing, the suspension gets lifted, and ISX continues to grind higher as index & index hugging funds pile onto the shares.
