I know ISX bought into a listed coy sometime ago. The start up years of designing the programs and obtaining patents etc would not have been issues ASX or ASIC is concern with. I am not clear from when ISX began to start charging for their services therefore the question mark.
If ASX and ASIC are looking into their accounts for governance issues there wont be much to investigate i would have thought.
