sorry, cant answer all the questions, only offering my 2c..
one would assume that some of the welding companies wouldn't have looked at, as it isn't a "volume" product........ i think that is also now recognised by KTG - with the change in model.
The $7m injection is a far chunk of cash into the business - compared to its last few results (profit/loss)... hard to see that disappearing thru business as usual behaviour...
also, in the prospectus...I think there was a large chunk set aside for ongoing capital & special capital or project.... so they obviously have a project in mind... when those funds are deployed I think it will be when we see the full "pivot" of the company realised.
