News: BOQ Bank Of Queensland Posts FY Profit Attributable Of $298 Mln, page-11

I'm both a holder and customer of BOQ, if it wasn't so annoying to change business accounts, Credit Cards and Loans to another bank then I'd do it in a heartbeat. As a customer I can see why their loosing money, internet banking is rubbish, no control of their credit cards (wanted to increase my business cards limit and they couldn't do it) to name just a few issues

From reading their Presentation they're putting a huge focus on Virgin Money and their specialist divisions! What about the other sectors of their business? The business is going backwards in my opinion, what was once a great business model with Owner Managers is going out the window!

Personally if they continue down the track their going the best thing that can happen to them is a takeover by one of the Big 4s or even Bendigo!
