It’s good for us but they shouldn’t have to. How much money do we have in Australia in superannuation - $2.7 trillion. How much of that is invested in real estate - plenty building substandard high rise apartments. Why can’t a portion of this money be spent in emerging industries to give future Australians a job? Banks should also be forced to have a portion of their loan book as well. Even 0.5% would be plenty.
