I don't have a major issue with the placement to the two directors (as long as they don't have inside information which may show a material uplift in the share price is likely).

I have a major issue with the 5 YEAR options at an exercise price at a tiny 10% premium to the share price. The Chair has big questions to answer in proposing this in my opinion. There is no way I will vote in favour for the options and I would encourage others to send a message to the board by voting similarly.

Indeed, if there is 5% of votes out there, I would be happy to call a meeting to review the Board structure. I think we need around 4m shares to do this.
