I will be voting NO, zero effort to get holders options in the money & I like many got burnt - I wonder what poohcock will be voting with his remaining shares ?
If they want money for development down the track, let them come to the owners of the company at the time & let them share in the growth, not self serving employees with options at underpriced exercise prices - bitter, oh yes & paid for every sour drop of it.
