In my opinion HZR is already worth north of $1 per share, so any options that strike less than that are a gift.
This will become clear before the end of 2019.
Management already have plenty of options with strike from 50c to $1.20... so they already have a good incentive. They will benefit from those options which is fine......they’ve done well this year and those options will provide a reward for that progress.
But if they are to receive 20 million more options.... that’s a lot!
The strike prices should be much higher....
Starting at at least $2.... representing the NEXT phase of HZR, not the current one.
The time frame for expiry should be at least 12 months.
Issuing options that expire in 6 months is akin to a handout.
We need to ask why the exact detail of the proposed options was not released in this announcement?
Have they not been finalised yet?
Or are they waiting to gauge holders reaction before they decide just how generous to make them?
More questions than answers from this announcement!
