OK, so for the 3x Resolutions up for voting, all shareholders have an opportunity here to send a clear message or two to the board and m'ment of Bluglass.

Firstly, I would certainly recommend all holders read the Annual Report and in particular, for the purpose of the upcoming AGM, the Remuneration Report, as contained with the Annual Report.

You can read all the hype and bluster of the Rem Report, and i'll allow you to form your own opinions on the changes being made. However i would ask ALL holders and particularly those here on HotCopper, to focus carefully and review in detail one particular table contained within the Remuneration Report.

Go to page 16 of the Annual Report and review the table of data provided by BLG themselves, under the heading 'Performance Based Remuneration'. This table summaries the yearly financial performance of BLG since 2014. It lists 'Revenue', 'Net Loss', 'SP at Year End', Patents Lodged' and 'Patents Granted'. FYI, also check how long GB's been on the board.........

Once read and digested, ask yourself whether you can truly and honestly support Resolution 1 at the upcoming AGM, based on this level of performance.

Remember that BLG's revenue numbers are currently so low, that the remaining funds raised via last years Cap Raise and SPP, along with an annual R&D rebate, are now being primarily used to pay wages.

Resolutions 2 & 3 to me, are a waste of time. Whilst I've read their bio's i can't see value here at all, particularly Reso 3. He did absolutely nothing at DDT, where the whole board has essentially been renewed due to shareholder frustration and lack of performance...... Ringing any bells...???

So now, consider all of that and make sure you vote accordingly.

It's time to send a couple of very clear messages to the board and m'ment, being -

1 "BLG shareholders have had enough of being ignored and constantly being asked to stump up capital FOR NO FINANCIAL GAIN."
and
2. "Start delivering a satisfactory return to shareholders, or get out and get someone who can."

GLTAH - we need it!!
