Sorry, but I did say it's confusing. Resolution 8 is 1 for 10 consolidation = risk. Resolution 3 will dilute shares by 10%. Resolution 4 and 5 are for prior capital raises which diluted shares. And I don't hold IMM. Just watching. 12 month return is minus 37%! Do you think the constant dilution is good for the SP?
