If it is being set-up for accumulation then they are dumping quite a lot in one hit. So far 10-12M
I think it will hover here a while, possibly even lower. SPX did the same thing for a while. Results kept coming in but it didn't move the price.
Then bang! The difference is that SPX have institutional investors lined up in the background and a lot of interest.
With the pending VMC court case and the last set of results who knows what this could be. Maybe one of the larger holders is fed up and do not have confidence. It is definitely not small retail guys bailing.
