I don't pretend to know half of what is going on, but I note the following.

15 Oct 19 Options exercised 2,500,000

09 Oct 19 New shares issued for debt 90,909,090

09 Oct 19 Options converted 125,000

02 Sept 19 Options converted 12,000,000


It is hard to say what the intentions are of all people who convert their options to shares or acquire new shares from debt swaps, but I believe a significant portion do so for the purpose of realising some cash. Good luck to them, but whilst the company is going through this period of share consolidation it would be hard to make some headway, without any spectacular announcements.

Eventually with some more time we will have a more steady share register and making market predictions may be come easier.
