Worrying... we are just the mugs who get no say it what happens. The board is supposed to represent our interests. Sounds like the sort of “arrangement” that comes from negotiating with parties interested in controlling our assets, but not willing to pay for them. We should be getting a fair price for the value of our shareholdings. Too much dealing seems to be done behind closed doors. Yes, commercial confidentiality is important, but...
