Shares were offered at $2.20 to $2.80 each in a deal that would value the company at $248.3 million to $305.5 million on an enterprise value basis.
The deal was priced at 3.9-times to 4.9-times forecast revenue for the 2020 financial year.
Funds raised were pegged for capital expenditure ($9.9 million), research and development ($6.4 million), working capital ($4.8 million) and prepayment of a loan ($5 million).
