Why do you fear a CR, emerging companies need to raise capital to grow the business. The lemmings have already run off the cliff and there may be a short term dip but that won't last long. The alternative if the company takes on debt or folds. Any dilution will be absorbed when the next sale is settled and this will likely be the last one before BCT is in the clear. This may affect short term traders but who gives a stuff about them. Very small minded thinking and averse to risk.
