That's really sad, what has she done that deserves any shares. Why not buy them and feel our pain... I hate this free share regime that doesn't have full alignment with what happens to shareholders - management gets paid to do their job incentives should be based upon what shareholders get to see their returns and its total picture.

This company has sold the farm for a debt that even the auditors cannot verify will be paid. The security is a general one as I understand it... Really auditors qualification is stating that they have no certainty we will get paid. Its a lot of money to have unsecured.
