Don't be doing that. No, it's not funny, I wish you to be well.
Unfortunately, reading the posts on HC is probably not good for your bp (blood pressure, not big pharma). At least block or mute some of the
most offensive posters, or don't read this board at all.
Never too late to learn how to meditate. No strain on the heart, but the bummer is it won't work if you're drinking, smoking herb, shooting-up, etc.
