Matt was very clear that several interested parties had made themselves known to Botanix during Conferences,Expos and Presentations ..
The term Discussions , does not involve monies or Timeframes ,, thats Negotiations,,
Botanix are masters of marketing,,plus they have huge war chest at present,, feel confident they will let the SP run.... only an interested party coming in with an offer would cause another TH.. so you have BOT wanting the SP and MC to run up and you have an interested party that wants to strike as quickly as possible to prevent the valuation running up..
BOTANIX have been very vocal at Presentations,,, they are known to the Dermal Community,,, heck when you pull a Vince out of the ether ,,,you know a deal is coming ,,, 6 month bonus baby..... considerable Value ... JV would be my pick
