You know, just based on this, I still can't believe the SP is where it is....
Yes I am aware their is no commitment yet, but even being in talks with a buyer to this stage of the project in my books does not equate to a SP under 3c....just pure F_ _ K_ _ G manipulation (so very frustrating)
