No it's not, Afterpay is for people with cash flow where money is tight at that given time, so they CAN pay at some point... your example refers to people who abuse the system, knowing they can't pay back... in that case, it's not the means of credit it's the user... so it doesn't really matter if it's BNPL or credit card
