Been in a few consolidations
if they have revenue and good growth, they do ok.
If there is no news or mediocre quartly will drift lower.
Many who trade on percentages love shares under 10 cents so allot of the selling is these guys who dont want to participate in a consolidation
You need to look into the reason for consolidation.
If its a bludger of a company not earning revenue, Just part 2 of cycle.
I would like to see how much of a mark up they are selling the products for.
