Before I start, I have KGN stock.

So now that we have that out of the way, a few years ago I purchased a mobile phone and it turns out there was a known fault with the battery, where the phone would completely shut off when the battery hit a certain percentage (Nexus 6P). I emailed Kogan support, and they took the phone back and gave me a full refund back to my card, even though over 12 months had gone past.

After this happened, I ordered a new phone and in the side bar they offered a screen protector for it. I added that to my cart and checked out. Both items arrived and it turns out the screen protector they recommended was for a different model, even though they advertised it as "People who purchased this item (The phone) also purchased this". Once again, I told support and they refunded the money and didn't even ask for the item back.
