Yes very normal ..... but I don't think there is any doubt at the right point they will need to raise more equity. The question is the price, they have @12 months before they enter a 3 to 4 month zone where they should but don't have to raise equity. After that you have 2 or 3 more months where they become price takers for any equity raise.
