Funnily enough, I also hold (and held through that tree shake) ISX. I more suspect that Vince may owe some favours and this can be achieved with a confusing yet technically accurate announcement such as this, which as you say the HC downrampers will take and run with as per usual. The preceding announcement makes me suspect as much even more. All part of a pattern. You've seen it before, as have I. That's why I always keep some powder dry.
