Why don't we move them ALL from Africa to Australia and let them ALL in? That would save a lot of paper work, a lot of legal work and please the 'do gooders'. But I doubt that even the resources boom will be enough to acommodate them all and pay them welfare.

The changes to the so called 'asylum seekers' legislation by the present Labor Government is pathetic and those who wish to come here illegaly or over stay their visa will have a field day. Wait until the word gets around that Australia is a soft touch.
