Revenue has historically fluctuated Q-O-Q; which is why it's too short a period to measure a company's success. Note that revenue also fell on Q3-19 and Q1-19. Annual revenue has continued to rise at around 100% p.a., and even over 6-month periods it's been a steady uptrend.
The key for me is the jump from Q1-19 ($590k) to Q2-19 ($1.09M) a gain of 185%. If we see something like that this year quarterly revenues would crack $2M
