"The direct and indirect CNP holding of CER adds up to 51%. Of this, CNP directly owns 24.7%, DPF owns around 7% and DPFI owns around 19%. CNP owns 51% of DPF and 67% of DPFI. DPF owns 27% of DPFI. It's a complicated structure."
Thanks swap.
According to that, here is how i work out CNP's share of CER.
There are 4 pathways:
1. Direct = 24.7% of CER
2. Through DPF = 51% of 7% of CER
3. Through DPFI = 67% of 19% of CER
4. Through DPF, then through DPFI = 51% of (27% of 19% of CER.
= 24.7% + 3.57% + 12.73% + 2.6% = 43.6%
What is missing?
This doesn't add up to 51% of CER.
