Shareholders should have a look at announcements from both ASX: MOD and ASX: DNK going back to June 2018.
Both used Memery Crystal to drive their London dual listings.
Some good information on waht lay ahead and structuring in going through announcements.
1. DNK completed FEED then listed.
2. MOD listed and 6 months later entered into a scheme of arrangement to be taken over.
