I would suggest it was easily over subscribed. Dr Sud and Co raised 4million in 7 days for CannValate when it started up in October 2018.
With the likes of him involved I am expected to be surprised at what is going on. I would also expect some further news about the arrival of their first CBD stock along with possible Patent news around the Sleep Apnea side of things.
Lets wait and see tomorrow, these guys seem very clever and measured in their approach and have a world class team of Dr's behind them.
Quarterly will also make for interesting reading, wages maybe higher than expected with the team they have put together in the last few months but if they are making great progress which I believe they are, this should not worry anyone.
