Must have a pretty high interest rate. Wonder if it gets up. Not sure 20% is that big. They get to use your money at risk - if it fails good luck collecting on the note. So the holder has all the risk and at the end the founders have all the intrinsic wealth created. I wont be going out there to find some. I think if it fails and they cannot pay OVH they should seek return of the business. I think Sargon will try for another reduction in purchase price. I think OVH would be better served with a CR even at low prices to fund growth. I would take up.my rights and give it a go but please anyone mentioning a 20/40 mile journey and I am out. Now time to set parameters and get measured stop the free shares whilst shareholders bleed.
