I wouldn't be shattered. It would operate as a safety blanket in case everything falls apart in Jan. The main game would still be Jan. The prepayment would just offset the need for another emergency cap raise in Feb - March in the event SK and others are still d**king AUZ around.
It would also send a strong message to other funders and NAIF that SK are behind it. Killing two birds.
If this is how Marcus has played it fair play to him. Thats a CFO working effectively in the interests of existing SH's
