Damian, it should be noted there is only 43 days till Xmas eve, less 4 days for Xmas holidays, that leaves 39 days , less 21 days for return of Fms voters, less 5 days mail to voters, less fms corperate decision, so that means maximum 13 days left to mail out our voting period, now take into consideration OCJ vote, it could be said it will be all done and dusted by the time our vote is of any consequence, otherwise I think it would be February 2020, cutting all timing very short indeed, a little like Brexit, leave it to the very last for a rush decision, normal psychological business tactics, don’t worry about the time, it’s all going to happen one day, and they have to pay, or they sell their shares and go ahead with their U.S. project, they can’t have both, not enough money even with a billion dollars.
