Its possible that once the CR level had been broken that a lot of those new holders would have Stop Loss rules kick in requiring them to sell what they picked up at 35c. You then get a cascading effect of selling. I sold my holding at 33c once the selling started. I've been in a company where exactly this happened before, and wasn't willing to "argue with the market".
Its pretty clear you cant explain the large drop in SP from simply the "near miss" on revenue.
