Today's AFR has interesting speculation about wind farm sales.
"Street Talk understands Engie, which operates in Australia as the major shareholder in a joint venture with Japanese trading house Mitsui, will offer a stake in its existing assets as well as future wind farm and other renewable projects.
"However, the deals are proving slow and challenging, as vendors and potential buyers fret about valuations and the wider industry environment. Engie seeks co-investor for renewables portfolio.
"t also comes as a handful of stakes in Australian wind farms are due to be sold, including Malakoff’s 50 per cent share in Macarthur Wind Farm and Goldwind Australia’s Stockyard Hill. ___________

Engie would retain despatch and operatiorship, so I can't see IFN being interested. Macarthur (contracted to AGL) and Stockyard (PPA with Origin) are equally encumbered.
