He efforts do not gain traction with the market.

The last cap raising was on June 06 @ $0.31. In the 4 & 1/2 months since the share price has manged to close above that on only a handful of occasions. What an indictment on management !

IMO it has now got to the point that there is a reluctance on the part of buyers to get involved. Knowing full well that whilst R.T continues on yet another drilling crusade it will only be a short time before another capital raising is needed. Given the atrocious timing with the last few & the company's inability to generate meaningful buyer interest, people know there is a good chance of picking the stock up cheaper next time the hat goes around.

The share price is effectively in " backwardation "
