I'll post this in the correct thread. I seem to be having a bit of trouble at the moment because this is my second try.

Does anyone understand the mechanics of a placement. When they average out the VWAP does it have to be the immediate days before the placement.

If so the placement will be at around 0.195. Or a maximum of 20% less giving a range from 0.155 to 0.195.

They also may not even use the AWAP but have a placement at an agreed figure.
