I read your post with great interest and share many of your concerns. Only time will tell I suppose.
One to remember is that we may be small but that does not mean we can't compete with established companies like Philips etc. We have a novel product, being completely web based and viewable
on multiple platforms.
We have AI incorporated already and have established connections in order to keep adding more data to improve this. From what I have heard, AI diagnosis in radiology is the next big thing and we aren't lacking in that department.
History is full of small companies disrupting the market and growing super fast.
