the rationale for acquiring PSC is to target the 200 new customers per annum they service and upsell them the cyber360 solution on multi year contracts.

for every 40 customers that are upsold, it brings in an incremental $2.5 million revenue and $1 million PBT !!

rough calcs and on pro forma basis (assuming PSC was owned for the full year) these are my estimates:

2020 $32 million revenue and $4 million EBIT
2021 $38 million revenue and $6 million EBIT

this could easily get to 15-20 cents next 12 months
